1. Scope of application
The DXDK360 multi column automatic packaging machine adopts a strip bag back sealing form, which has a beautiful bag shape, is suitable and easy to carry, and is the latest alternative product for four sided sealed packaging bags. The machine is easy to operate and has a complete structure, making it the preferred equipment for improving production efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and increasing packaging grades in the packaging industry. Widely applicable for packaging granular materials of food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical products. 2. Performance characteristics
1) 1-8 rows of strip-shaped packaging bags can be customized according to customer needs. The bag length can be set infinitely within the standard range without the need for any additional molds.
2) The stable and reliable horizontal sealer adopts a servo motor driven step-by-step bag pulling method, which can improve packaging speed and ensure accurate bag making accuracy.
3) The use of servo motors and linear bearing structures ensures the operational accuracy and reliability of the equipment.
4) This machine adopts high-precision film transport system, PLC program control, advanced touch based human-machine interface, photoelectric automatic positioning tracking PID digital constant temperature control, etc., with high stability and reliability.
5) The horizontal sealing, vertical sealing, horizontal cutting, and vertical cutting processes are all completed by cylinders, and the coordination between each process is precise and reliable, reducing mechanical wear and extending the service life of the entire machine.
6) The program control design aims to facilitate customer use. By setting the packaging bag length and packaging speed, the PLC can output the optimal packaging program, making equipment operation very simple.
7) All parts, storage hoppers, etc. that come into contact with drugs are made of stainless steel material and have a matte surface treatment. All black metal parts of the entire machine have undergone anti-corrosion treatment.
8) The inner walls of components such as storage hoppers and guide plates are smooth and flat, without exposed screws, rivets, protrusions, or sharp corners. The entire machine operates in a fully enclosed manner during operation, meeting the "GMP" requirements of pharmaceutical companies.
